  9.  This list can be printed on most any printer in compressed print form. It is
  10. set up for 160 characters per line and can be printed on most wide carriage
  11. printer in Elite print. For Epson or IBM printers use 27,15 or just 15 to set
  12. the printer to compressed print, but will fit if you can print at 17 characters
  13. per inch on narrow (8.5") paper.

  15.  Be sure to read the README.2ND file as it contains usefull information about
  16. the listing in it's present form. It is five pages long and needs to also be
  17. printed in a condensed form.

  19.  This list is 34 pages long so be sure to have enough paper on hand to print
  20. it all out.
